During his 22 years of experience in the imaging industry, Tim has worked with a lot of large organizations in scanning and microfilm. It was long before scanning became a business standard when Tim began working at Microimages learning the fundamentals of microfilm and evolved into an expert in the industry. “Tim is good at understanding the customer needs and has the gift of reading between the lines,” said Mike Iadarola, IMS management team. “He can listen to the customer and decipher the overall problem, even when they can’t find the exact words to describe it.”

Tim is a previous Ohio Chapter AIIM (Association for Information and Image Management) president. He participates every year in the Pelotonia bicycle tour in Columbus Ohio to raise money for cancer research. Because 100% of every dollar raised goes directly to fund cancer research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center, Tim is dedicated to this annual event and rides for those who are battling cancer.

Having the knack for seeing an opportunity to do things better in document imaging, Tim focuses on customized solutions rather than the industry standard “cookie cutter” quick-fix. Tim’s clients find that their business has been handled with attention to detail from a sincere and dedicated manager.

“I treat customers’ problems like my own. I evaluate each problem with how I would do it if it was my money, putting myself in the customer’s shoes.” -Tim Stephens
